What does the program consist of?
In a nutshell, the 9 day program can be broken down into 2 Cleanse days followed by 5 Shake Days (replenishing), and 2 final Cleanse Days. The shake days involve yummy chocolate or vanilla protein shakes (that can be fixed with various extracts for additional flavor and variety) for both breakfast and dinner, while the lunch meal should be 400 - 600 calories (whatever you like to eat, keep it healthy). There are a couple of other products in the system that you take during the Shake Days as well. The Cleanse Days involve drinking the Cleanse for Life juice 4 times a day, and small snacks throughout the day.

Is it expensive?
Think for a moment about what you spend per meal typically on breakfast and dinner. Is it $3, $5, $7, $10? Most people average about $5 - $7, not including all the Starbucks and fast food in between. Will I be in the bathroom the whole time during this cleanse?

Very little bathroom time, and there is a product (called Isaflush) that you can take for regularity, if that becomes a problem. But the thing to remember is that your body is getting nutrients and minerals and using almost everything that it is getting.
Will I experience headaches?
It is possible in the first 2 or 3 days of the program to experience caffeine or sugar withdrawal headaches. Usually, these are fairly mild, and after your body adapts to the lack of these stimulants, it will recover very quickly.
What about energy I need for workouts?
You will find that you will have plenty of energy, especially as the fat comes off, and your body gets healthier and detoxified. There is an Isagenix product called Want-More-Energy available as well, which is an energy drink, which comes in handy for times when you need more, either before or after a workout. We will recommend adding some additional calories from fruit and protein when needed to counter any lack of energy and have enough strength to do boot camp workouts.
